How Do I Place a Custom Order?

Can I See Samples Before Ordering?
Absolutely! Upon request, we can provide digital mock-ups of your design and produce a physical sample for your approval before moving forward with an entire order. However, this is not always possible for all projects because of deadlines or budget constraints. We offer a sizing box that can be returned at no cost or offer samples of previous shirts. Just ask!
What is the Turnaround Time for Custom Orders?
Our standard turnaround time is between 7 to 20 days after design approval. Let us know if you need your order expedited, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. The timelines are dependent on the quantity.
How Should I Care for My Custom Sublimated Apparel?
Sublimated apparel is easy to care for—wash in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and ironing the print to keep your clothing looking its best.
